Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of carbon nanomaterials, and particularly discloses a high-conductivity carbon nanotube with an ultra-long array structure as well as a preparation method and application of the high-conductivity carbon nanotube. Wherein the carbon nano tube has a vertical array structure, the length of the carbon nano tube is 100-200 [mu] m, and the tube diameter of the carbon nano tube is 200-500 nm. The preparation method of the carbon nanotube comprises the following steps: firstly, placing a carrier in a reaction zone of a reactor, and then heating the reactor to a synthesis temperature; and preheating a mixed gas containing a catalyst precursor, a carbon source gas and a carrier gas, and feeding the preheated mixed gas into the reactor, so that the carbon nanotubes grow in situ on the surface of the carrier.
