Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a seat leg crator polishing method and device based on visual correction. The seat leg crator polishing method comprises the following steps that a robot grabs standard seat legs and records seat leg standards; the robot grabs the to-be-polished seat legs for photographing; comparing a photographing result with a seat leg standard to obtain deviation correction data; the robot grabs the seat legs for grinding according to the deviation correction data; and the robot grabs the polished seat legs for finishing. According to the technical scheme, the angular bisector of the to-be-polished seat leg and the angular bisector of the standard seat leg are compared and calculated, the welding scar of the seat leg is positioned and the polishing amount is determined through visual correction, and then the bottom, the cambered surface and the top of the seat leg are trimmed for multiple times through a plurality of contact wheel suspensions and empty sections of the polishing device.
