Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of perovskite solar cells, in particular to a perovskite non-solvent thin film passivation method and a solar cell. Under the solvent-free condition, a passivation material is gasified into atoms, molecules or groups; and the atoms, molecules or ionic groups are deposited on the surface of the functional layer or the substrate of the perovskite solar cell in a film form through a vapor deposition method, so that passivation modification of each functional layer of the perovskite solar cell is realized. According to the perovskite non-solvent thin film passivation method, the thin film is formed on each functional layer of the perovskite solar cell by depositing the gasified passivation material, the interface of the perovskite solar cell is correspondingly improved through the thin film, and the thickness of the thin film is adjusted by controlling the deposition condition.
