The method requires a plasma source 1 and a porous material 2. Wherein the plasma source 1 is an atmospheric pressure low-temperature plasma jet source. And the porous material 2 adopts a structured porous material of which the internal space structure and the size can be accurately adjusted, and comprises a micro-channel 21 and a cavity 22.
