The power supply driving circuit comprises a target control power tube, a power supply branch, a voltage detection branch and a protection branch, the input end of the voltage detection branch is electrically connected with the first output end of the power supply branch, the output end of the voltage detection branch is electrically connected with the control end of the protection branch, and the input end of the protection branch is electrically connected with the second output end of the power supply branch. The output end of the protection branch circuit is electrically connected with the control end of the target control power tube, and the voltage detection branch circuit can obtain the sampling power supply voltage of the power supply branch circuit; the protection branch can turn off the target control power tube when the sampling power supply voltage is smaller than the threshold voltage.
