The method comprises the following steps of: setting basic parameters such as asymmetric support parameters and material geometric parameters; constructing a coordinate system required by the rotating shaft-rotating disc coupling system: an overall coordinate system, a disc coordinate system and the like; establishing total kinetic energy of the system under a coordinate system of the system; establishing total potential energy of the system under a coordinate system of the system; according to the obtained total kinetic energy and total potential energy of the coupling system, solving a mass matrix, a stiffness matrix and the like of the system in combination with a Lagrange equation; and setting external excitation of the system to be zero, and estimating the coupling mode of the system according to the obtained mass matrix, stiffness matrix and gyro matrix of the rotating
