The method comprises the following steps: when a control signal of an automatic switching circuit is switched once, the automatic switching circuit is switched to acquisition of a next path of input signal; the time-sharing analog acquisition system acquires an output signal of the automatic switching circuit and a control signal of the automatic switching circuit, and associates the control signal of the automatic switching circuit with the serial number of the sensor corresponding to the acquired signal by identifying the control signal of the automatic switching circuit; and storing and updating the acquired output signal of the automatic switching circuit to a memory corresponding to the serial number of the sensor, and circularly acquiring all sensor signals in this way.
