Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for determining furfural substances in a honey product by liquid chromatography. The method comprises the following steps: selecting an instrument, a reagent and a sample; determining chromatographic conditions; and preparing a standard solution. The novel method for rapidly determining the furfural substances in the honey product through the liquid chromatography is established, and the method is suitable for quantitative detection of the three substances in the honey product and has the advantages of being easy to operate, rapid in analysis, wide in linear range, accurate in result and the like. Meanwhile, various brands of honey products sold in Guangxi are detected, and the change trend of furfural substances in the honey products along with time and temperature changes is explored.
本发明公开了液相色谱法对蜂蜜产品中糠醛类物质的测定方法,包括以下步骤:选择仪器、试剂与样品;确定色谱条件;标准溶液的制备。本发明建立了液相色谱法快速测定蜂蜜产品中糠醛类物质的新方法,该方法适用于蜂蜜产品中3种物质的定量检测,具有操作简单、分析快速、线性范围宽、结果准确等优点。同时,对广西内出售的多种品牌的蜂蜜产品进行检测,探究蜂蜜产品中的糠醛类物质随时间、温度变化的变化趋势。 |
