Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a mobile crushing and screening machine power-on self-test method based on a wavelet packet. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a vibration acceleration signal within a preset time period in a stable operation to-be-fed state after the mobile crushing and screening machine is powered on; calculating an energy value of the vibration acceleration signal, and if the energy value exceeds a set value; if yes, entering a depth self-inspection mode, performing N-layer wavelet packet decomposition on the vibration acceleration signal to obtain a vibration acceleration decomposition signal, establishing an energy matrix and an error matrix, and detecting a frequency band where a fault occurs; and determining the frequency band where the fault occurs, and storing the energy matrix into a fault library.
