Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a rotary disc damper, an energy dissipation supporting system and an energy dissipation damping method. The rotary disc damper comprises a first outer side plate, a first disc, a middle plate, a second disc and a second outer side plate which are sequentially connected through X first connecting pieces. The system comprises the turntable damper. The method comprises the step of carrying out energy dissipation and shock absorption work by adopting the turntable damper.
