Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of glucose detection, and discloses a copper-based MOF nanofiber membrane as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The copper-based MOF nanofiber membrane is prepared by a method comprising the following steps: (1) adding a polyvinyl alcohol solution into a copper acetate solution to form a spinning solution; (2) performing electrostatic spinning on the spinning solution to obtain a copper-based nanofiber membrane; (3) calcining the copper-based nanofiber membrane in an air atmosphere to obtain a copper oxide fiber membrane; and (4) mixing the copper oxide fiber membrane with an organic ligand, adding a solvent, and carrying out a hydrothermal reaction to obtain the copper-based MOF nanofiber membrane. The prepared copper-based MOF nanofiber membrane is used as an enzyme-free glucose sensor electrode material, the conductivity, the sensitivity and the anti-interference performance can be improved, the preparation method is simple, and large-scale preparation
