The microwave attenuation alloy powder material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 15-25% of Cr, 3-8% of Al, 0.2-5% of Co, 0-0.8% of Si and the balance of M, m is one or two of Fe and Ni. The microwave attenuation alloy-ceramic composite powder material comprises the following components: 55-65% of a microwave attenuation alloy powder material and 35-45% of attenuation dielectric ceramic powder. The microwave attenuation coating is prepared from the microwave attenuation alloy powder material or the microwave attenuation alloy-ceramic composite powder material through an atmospheric plasma spraying process.
