Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a processing technology of an 8011 aluminum alloy medicine foil, which comprises the following steps: smelting to obtain molten aluminum, and controlling the mass content of iron to be 0.75-0.78%, the mass content of silicon to be 0.55-0.58% and the mass content of titanium to be 0.018-0.022%; the molten aluminum is refined, degassed and filtered in the mode of combining powder spraying refining and particle refining, and the molten aluminum with the hydrogen content smaller than or equal to 0.10 mL/100 g is obtained; casting and rolling by a casting and rolling machine to obtain a cast and rolled plate blank with the thickness of 6.6-6.8 mm; and carrying out cold rolling and foil rolling, degreasing and annealing. The machining technology is suitable for preparing the edge-crack-free medicine foil of 1300-1500 mm, edge cracks are eliminated, cold rolling waste is reduced, waste is reduced, and the quality of the medicine foil is good.
