Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for rapidly detecting single nucleotide polymorphism of bovine circular RNA circCPNE8 by using KASP (Kinase Assay Specific Protein) and application of the method. Bovine whole genome DNA is used as a template, accurate typing is performed on circCPNE8SNP sites derived from bovine CPNE8 genes through a KASP method, association analysis finds that different genotypes of the circCPNE8SNP sites are significantly related to beef quality traits, and molecular markers for improving the early selection of the beef quality traits exist. By rapidly and accurately detecting the circRNA SNP marker related to the beef quality traits, the beef cattle dominant genetic resource population can be rapidly established, so that the marker-assisted selection breeding process of the beef quality traits of the beef cattle is accelerated. 本发明公开了一种利用KASP快速检测牛环状RNA circCPNE8单核苷酸多态性的方法及其应用。以牛全基因组DNA为模板,通过KASP方法对来源于牛CPNE8基因的circCPNE8SNP位点进行准确分型,关联分析发现该circCPNE8SNP位点的不同基因型与牛肉质性状显著相关,并存在作为提高牛肉质性状早期选择的分子标记。
