Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a one-step dewaxing method for improving rice oil separation efficiency and anti-freezing performance. Specifically, the invention provides a method for improving the separation efficiency of wax grease in rice oil to be dewaxed and/or prolonging the freezing time of the dewaxed rice oil and a method for dewaxing the rice oil, and the method comprises the steps of mixing a crystallization promoting agent and the rice oil to be dewaxed and cooling and crystallizing the obtained mixed oil, the crystallization promoting agent is rice oil of which the wax content is lower than that of the rice oil to be dewaxed. According to the method, a proper amount of wax is used as a seed crystal for removing the high-melting-point grease, so that one-step efficient removal of the wax and the high-melting-point grease is realized, relatively high separation efficiency is obtained, and the freezing performance is greatly improved.
