The invention relates to a method for shortening oil extraction time of a water extraction method and/or improving oil extraction rate of the water extraction method, the method comprises the steps of grinding into thick liquid, blending the thick liquid and separating out oil, and a reaction system for blending the thick liquid contains materials obtained by grinding into thick liquid, enzyme reaction residues of oil seeds and boiling water; wherein the oil seeds and the oil seeds used for grinding are the same kind of oil seeds.
