Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method for preparing hermetia illucens oil by taking fresh hermetia illucens larvae as a raw material. The method comprises the following steps: adding citric acid into the fresh hermetia illucens larvae, and crushing to obtain fresh hermetia illucens slurry or adding a citric acid solution into the fresh hermetia illucens larvae for treatment to obtain fresh hermetia illucens slurry; and adding an extraction solvent into the fresh hermetia illucens larva slurry to extract the three-phase mixture, carrying out solid-liquid separation and oil-water separation on the three-phase mixture to obtain a mixed oil phase, removing the extraction solvent in the mixed oil phase, and carrying out residue removal and impurity removal to obtain the fresh hermetia illucens larva oil. According to the method, citric acid is used for treating the fresh hermetia illucens larvae, and an acid environment provided by the citric acid is beneficial to separation of part of lipids, proteins and carbohydrate
