Comprising the following steps: preparing a backing material: 10-30 parts of deionized water, 30-40 parts of hexa-carbon polyether macromonomer, 0.02-0.1 part of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, 10-20 parts of acrylic acid and 0.2-0.5 part of hydrogen peroxide/ammonium persulfate; the material A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-3 parts of acrylic acid, 3-5.5 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 1-2 parts of hydroxypropyl acrylate and 10-23 parts of deionized water; and a material B: 0.02 to 0.2 part of mercaptopropionic acid/mercaptoacetic acid/mercaptoethanol, 0.02 to 0.08 part of vitamin C, and 5 to 12 parts of deionized water.
