The catalyst is a copper-doped strontium titanate (SrTiCuO3-x)-loaded copper catalyst with rich oxygen vacancies, the loading amount of copper is 0.0-3.50 wt%, the copper exists in the form of nanoparticles, and the average particle size is 2-20 nm. Under the illumination of a 300W xenon lamp, carbon dioxide is used as a carbonyl source, the highest generation rate of HCOOC2H5 can reach 320 [mu] mol/g/h, and the HCOOC2H5 has good regeneration usability. 本发明提供一种用于乙醇二氧化碳羰基化制备甲酸乙酯的方法及催化剂。所述催化剂为具有丰富氧空位的铜掺杂钛酸锶(SrTiCuO3-x)负载的铜催化剂,铜的负载量为0.0-3.50wt%,以纳米粒子形式存在,平均粒径为2nm-20nm。在300W氙灯照下,二氧化碳为羰基源,HCOOC2H5的生成速率最高可达320μmol/g/h,且具有良好的再生使用性。
