The method comprises the following steps: coating carbon powder on the surfaces to be connected of reactive sintering SiC (RB-SiC) ceramic pretreated at 800-1800 DEG C, and attaching the surfaces to be connected coated with carbon powder layers in pairs to obtain a prefabricated connecting piece; and heating the prefabricated connecting piece to 1500-1800 DEG C in a protective atmosphere or vacuum, and carrying out heat preservation to obtain the ceramic connecting piece.
