The post-treatment method for the plastic aluminum oxide aviation core comprises the following steps: 1) preparing aluminum oxide ceramic core slurry, firstly mixing a diluent, a plasticizer, a monomer and a through hole agent to obtain a premixed solution, then carrying out ball-milling mixing on aluminum oxide ceramic powder, a surface modifier and the premixed solution in a set heat preservation tank, and then drying and sieving to obtain the aluminum oxide ceramic core slurry; (2) printing: putting the ceramic slurry into a photocuring 3D printer for printing, heating the ceramic slurry, extruding the ceramic slurry through a screw rod, and extruding and printing powder on a printing table into a ceramic core biscuit, and (3) degreasing and sintering: degreasing and sintering the ceramic core to finally obtain the photocuring 3D printing aluminum oxide ceram
