Zusammenfassung: | The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: step 1, adding weighed silicon dioxide powder and an infrared opacifying agent into a stirring machine, starting the stirring machine, and stirring for 10 to 15 minutes at the stirring speed of 100 to 200 rpm; 2, the weighed adhesive is sprayed into the stirring machine, the adhesive is diluted with water in advance, and the weight ratio of the adhesive to the water is 1: (3-5); 3, after nano-particles with the particle size being 1-2 mm are generated through stirring, spraying and stirring are stopped; and after the material is sieved, the obtained nano-particle material with the size of 1-2 mm is dried through a microwave drying device, and the final nano-particle material is obtained. The average heat conductivity coefficient of the nano particle material at 500 DEG C is 0.075-0.085 W/(m.K), which is far lower than the heat conductivity coefficient of the traditional particle material.
