The phosphor is prepared by adopting a chemical solution method and comprises three steps of precursor solution preparation, gel preparation and roasting. Under the excitation of 980nm infrared light, the phosphor emits bright blue light, and compared with the non-doped Sn, the position of an emission peak in a fluorescence spectrum does not shift, but the luminous intensity is improved by more than 3 times. The phosphor prepared by the method has high luminous efficiency, and has good application prospects in the aspects of blue lasers, fluorescent probes, laser anti-counterfeiting and the like. And the preparation process is simple, convenient to operate and suitable for batch production.
