The invention discloses automatic welding equipment which comprises a first positioning mechanism, a second positioning mechanism, a first welding mechanism and a second welding mechanism. The second positioning mechanism comprises two groups of positioning parts, and the two groups of positioning parts are respectively arranged at the two ends of the first positioning part along the first direction; the third positioning mechanism comprises a third positioning piece and a second driving piece, and the second driving piece drives the third positioning piece to move in the second direction; the welding mechanism comprises a welding robot; wherein the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction, the first direction is located in the horizontal plane, and the second direction is located in the vertical plane. The sheet metal part is preliminarily positioned through the positioning groove, then the sheet metal part and the connecting pieces at the two ends are positioned through cooperation of the fi
