Zusammenfassung:According to the deep pre-concentration potassium removal method for the weakly magnetic refractory iron ore, phyllite surrounding rock with the high K2O content and peperomia and quartz which do not contain K2O are thrown out in advance through deep pre-concentration, the K2O content of selected raw ore is reduced to 0.31% or below from 0.7% and is reduced by 55.71% or above, and therefore the K2O content of iron ore concentrate is reduced, the quality of the iron ore concentrate is improved, and good practicability is achieved. 本发明公开一种弱磁性难选铁矿石深度预选脱钾方法,通过深度预选,使得K2O含量高的千枚岩围岩和不含K2O的碧玉、石英提前被抛出,入选原矿K2O含量由0.7%降低到0.31%以下,降低了55.71%以上,从而降低铁精矿K2O含量,改善了铁精矿质量,具有较好的实用性。
