Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an application of m5C methylation regulatory factors DNMT1 and NSun2 in tumors, wherein the regulatory factors comprise DNMT1 and/or NSun2. The invention finds that DNMT1 mediated gene promoter region methylation and NSun2 mediated mRNA methylation coordinate to regulate osteosarcoma cell apoptosis; the DNMT1 is used for inhibiting the expression of the NSun2 through a promoter region of the methylated NSun2; the DNMT1 and the NSun2 are used for regulating and controlling anti-apoptosis genes AXL, NOTCH2 and YAP1 through DNA (Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid) methylation and mRNA (Messenger Ribonucleic Acid) methylation respectively. When the anti-apoptosis genes are exposed to cis-platinum or adriamycin, DNMT1 is increased, NSun2 is inhibited, promoter methylation of the anti-apoptosis genes is enhanced, mRNA methylation is weakened, expression of the anti-apoptosis genes is greatly reduced, and therefore osteosarcoma cells are subjected to apoptosis.
