The cardiopulmonary function testing device comprises a supporting bottom plate, a cardiopulmonary function testing instrument is installed at the left end of the upper surface of the supporting bottom plate, a lifting adjustment driving part is installed in a supporting box body, and lifting parts are installed at the left end and the right end of the upper surface of the supporting box body respectively; the lifting adjusting driving component can adjust lifting of the lifting components, a power vehicle handle is connected to the left lifting component, a power vehicle seat is connected to the right lifting component, and a power vehicle pedal component is arranged on the portion, between the two lifting components, of the supporting box body. The lifting component can be driven by the lifting adjustment driving component to perform up-down lifting
