Zusammenfassung: | In some examples, a sensor device includes a pixel cell, an integrated circuit, an analog-to-digital converter (ADC), and a memory. The pixel unit is configured to generate a voltage, the pixel unit includes a photodiode configured to generate a charge in response to incident light, and a charge storage device converting the charge into the voltage. The integrated circuit is configured to: determine a first capture voltage converted by the charge storage device during a first time period; comparing the first capture voltage with a threshold voltage value; and in response to determining that the first capture voltage meets or exceeds the threshold voltage value: determining first time data corresponding to the first time period; and preventing the charge storage device from additionally generating charges. An analog-to-digital converter (ADC) is configured to generate a digital pixel value based on the first capture voltage. The memory is used for storing digital pixel values and first time data.
