Zusammenfassung:A system and method for the continuous separation of carbon dioxide from a gas mixture utilizes a porous monolith continuous loop carrying an adsorbent in its pores. A portion of the monolith continuous loop is continuously exposed to a gas mixture stream containing a smaller proportion of carbon dioxide to adsorb carbon dioxide from the stream. The loop passes through a sealed regeneration and carbon dioxide capture assembly located on a portion of the loop, and it is capable of sealingly containing monolith that moves relatively through the assembly.
