The invention provides a multi-channel vehicle lamp control system based on unicast communication, which comprises a driving module and a lamp panel module, the driving module comprises an SBC circuit, an MCU control circuit and a first CAN communication circuit, and the lamp panel module comprises a second CAN communication circuit, N linear IC units and N LED combination units; wherein the SBC circuit is used for receiving a vehicle lamp control instruction sent by a vehicle body and generating a corresponding vehicle lamp control signal; the MCU control circuit is connected with the SBC circuit and is used for converting the vehicle lamp control signal into a UART signal; the first CAN communication circuit is respectively connected with the MCU control circuit and the second CAN communication circuit and is used for sending the UART signal to the second CAN communication circuit in a CAN communication mode; the second CAN communication circuit is connected with the N linear IC units and used for sending t
