The method comprises the following steps: receiving a first flexible Ethernet FlexE frame sent by second network equipment, wherein the first FlexE frame comprises a first count value of a data packet of a first service flow to which the first FlexE frame belongs; receiving a second FlexE frame sent by a second network device, wherein the second FlexE frame comprises a second count value of the data packet of the first service flow to which the second FlexE frame belongs; based on the first count value, the second calculated value, a third count value and a fourth count value, determining the packet loss rate of the data packet of the first service flow sent by the second network device to the first network device, the third count value being a count value of the data packet of the received first service flow when the first network device receives the first FlexE frame; the fourth count value i
