Comprising the following steps: adding ammonia water into a lead nitrate solution containing polyvinylpyrrolidone, uniformly mixing, and then adding a sodium hypochlorite solution to carry out oxidation reaction; carrying out hydrothermal reaction on the obtained solution, and cleaning and drying a white product obtained by the reaction to obtain lead nitrate hydroxide powder; sequentially adding sodium dodecyl sulfate, lead nitrate hydroxide and ascorbic acid into the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, uniformly mixing, and carrying out reduction reaction under an oil bath condition; and centrifugally cleaning and collecting the product, dispersing in deionized water, condensing, and freeze-drying to obtain a black powdery composite material product.
