Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of impeller machining methods, in particular to a combined rough opening machining method for an impeller, which comprises the following steps of: drawing an impeller blade and a flow channel as a milling target for programming machining by utilizing three-dimensional modeling software; drawing an impeller milling blank model by utilizing three-dimensional modeling software; carrying out fixed-axis programming on the impeller by utilizing programming software, and after programming is finished, generating a milled blank file through the programming software; the blank file is analyzed, and a linkage milling program is programmed in linkage milling programming software; simulating the cutter connecting positions of the fixed shaft programming and the linkage programming; five-axis linkage machining and 3 + 2 fixed-axis machining are combined in impeller milling, a large open cavity is machined through 3 + 2 fixed-axis programming, large blank allowance is removed, a
