The invention provides an ISORS photon chip and a noninvasive component detection system.The ISORS photon chip comprises a transparent substrate, a coupling-in grating, a single-mode waveguide, a multi-mode interference optical splitter and an emitting grating, the coupling-in grating, the single-mode waveguide, the multi-mode interference optical splitter and the emitting grating are located on the transparent substrate, and the coupling-in grating comprises a coupling-in grating part and a first waveguide part; the input end of the single-mode waveguide is connected with the output end of the first waveguide part; the multi-mode interference optical splitters are at least divided into two paths of output ends, and a plurality of multi-mode interference optical splitters form a cascade structure; the plurality of emergent gratings are respectively connected with the output end of the last-stage multimode interference optical splitter in the cascade structure, and the plurality of emergent gratings are arrang
