| Zusammenfassung: | The detection system comprises a shell, an image sensing device, a light source and an image processing host. The shell is arranged on the transmission device. The transmission device is used for transmitting a substrate. The upper surface of the substrate is provided with a coating layer. The image sensing device is arranged in the shell and suspended above the transmission device. The image sensing device is used for acquiring a plurality of continuous pictures when the transmission device transmits the substrate to pass through the field of view of the image sensing device. The light source is arranged in the shell and suspended above the transmission device. The light source has a peak wavelength, and the peak wavelength is associated with an absorbance of the coating layer on the substrate. The image processing host is used for judging whether the coating layer of the substrate has a vertical line defect according to the continuous pictures so as to output a detection result.
