Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a large lift-off pipeline wall thickness pulsed eddy current detection method based on novel signal processing. The method is composed of a filtering method based on independent component analysis and Gaussian denoising and a self-adaptive extraction method based on Hough transform features. When the method is implemented, firstly, independent component analysis is performed on a pulsed eddy current detection signal, effective components and power frequency noise are separated, typical power frequency interference components in the pulsed eddy current detection signal are eliminated, and then random noise of the pulsed eddy current signal after power frequency interference is filtered out is eliminated by using Gaussian filtering.
