The invention provides a hanging scaffold suspension system for construction of a deep shaft full face heading machine. The hanging scaffold suspension system comprises a derrick, a main suspension unit, an auxiliary suspension unit, a hanging scaffold unit and a control unit. The main suspension unit comprises a suspension stabilizer, a steel wire rope, a suspension head sheave matched with the steel wire rope, a hydraulic adjusting device and a steel wire rope self-balancing device.
