The preparation method comprises the following steps: carbonizing and activating a pre-oxidized silk fabric, impregnating the pre-oxidized silk fabric with hydrophilic conductive slurry to fully attach the hydrophilic conductive slurry to the surface of fabric fibers, and carrying out high-temperature curing to tightly combine the slurry with the fabric fibers, so as to prepare the electrode conductive fabric with relatively strong hydrophilicity.
