Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to application of a preparation for detecting the expression level of HIF-1alpha in preparation of a kit for diagnosing polycystic ovarian syndrome. The invention provides application of a preparation with the HIF-1alpha expression level in preparation of a kit for diagnosing the polycystic ovarian syndrome. Expression of HIF-1alpha in serum, follicular fluid and cumulus granular cells of PCOS patients and non-PCOS patients is explored, and the HIF-1alpha is in low expression in the serum, follicular fluid and cumulus granular cells of the PCOS patients and is related to PCOS morbidity. 本发明涉及检测HIF-1α表达水平的制剂在制备诊断多囊卵巢综合征试剂盒中的应用；提供了HIF-1α表达水平的制剂在制备诊断多囊卵巢综合征试剂盒中的应用；本发明探索了HIF-1α在PCOS患者和非PCOS患者血清、卵泡液及卵丘颗粒细胞中的表达，HIF-1α在PCOS患者血清、卵泡液及卵丘颗粒细胞中呈低表达，与PCOS发病相关。
