The invention discloses bifidobacterium breve, the strain of the bifidobacterium breve is named as LABOFMIC-319, the strain is preserved in the China Center for Type Culture Collection on September 20, 2022, and the preservation number of the bifidobacterium breve is the bifidobacterium breve with the preservation number of CCTCC No: M 20221459.
