Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a recyclable heat-conducting vinyl resin adhesive. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) synthesizing furyl hyperbranched polyethylene; (2) stripping h-BN under the assistance of a furyl hyperbranched polyethylene liquid phase to obtain non-covalent functionalized BNNSs powder which does not contain free furyl hyperbranched polyethylene; (3) uniformly mixing and dissolving a furyl hyperbranched polymer, a maleimide curing agent and an organic solvent A in a container, adding the BNNSs powder obtained in the step (2), and performing ultrasonic treatment on the mixture to uniformly disperse the BNNSs in the mixed solution to obtain an adhesive pre-cured solution; and (4) carrying out open reaction on the obtained adhesive pre-curing solution to obtain the cross-linked and cured heat-conducting vinyl resin adhesive.
