Anti-fogging transparent PC material and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to an anti-fogging transparent PC (Polycarbonate) material and a preparation method thereof. The anti-fogging transparent PC material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-95 parts of PC resin, 0.5-2 parts of PEG (Polyethylene Glycol), 5-20 parts of PC-PDMS (Polydimethylsiloxane), 1-5 parts of a compatilizer and 0.1-1 part of other auxiliaries, the preparation method specifically comprises the following steps: (a) stirring and blending the PC-PDMS, the compatilizer and the PEG, and carrying out a pre-reaction; and (b) uniformly mixing the mixture obtained in the step (a) with other components, feeding the mixture into a double-screw extruder through a main feeding port, and carrying out melt extrusion and granulation to obtain the anti-fogging transparent PC material.
