Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a temperature-resistant antibacterial AS (acrylonitrile-styrene) composite material which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 66.4-88.8 parts of AS, 10-30 parts of glass fiber, 0.4-0.8 part of a compatilizer, 0.4-0.8 part of an inorganic silver antibacterial agent and 0.3-2 parts of an auxiliary agent, the compatilizer is a styrene-maleic anhydride-acrylonitrile copolymer, and the anhydride content of the compatilizer is 14%-20%. The antibacterial rate of the AS composite material to escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus is 99% or above, the AS composite material does not change color, and meanwhile the AS composite material has excellent mechanical strength. 本发明提供一种耐温抗菌AS复合材料,所述复合材料由以下重量份的原料制备而成,AS 66.4~88.8重量份,玻璃纤维10~30重量份,相容剂0.4~0.8重量份,无机银抗菌剂0.4~0.8重量份,助剂0.3~2重量份,所述相容剂为苯乙烯-马来酸酐-丙烯腈共聚物,所述相容剂的酸酐含量为14%~20%。本发明制备的AS复合材料对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率均在99%以上,而且AS复合材料不会发生变色,同时具有优异的机械强度。
