Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of organic synthesis, and discloses a chemical synthesis method of 3, 5-dihydroxytoluene, which comprises the following steps: by taking a phosphorus ylide reagent and acetaldehyde as initial raw materials, carrying out Schlosserratization oftheWittig reaction or Horner-Wadsword-Emmonsreaction under an alkaline condition to obtain a compound (II); carrying out Michael addition and intramolecular Claisen condensation reaction on the compound (II) and methyl acetoacetate under an alkaline condition to obtain a compound (III); carrying out oxidative aromatization on the compound (III) to obtain a compound (IV); and carrying out alkaline hydrolysis and acidic decarboxylation on the compound (IV) to obtain a target compound (V) 3, 5-dihydroxytoluene. The raw materials used in the preparation process of 3, 5-dihydroxytoluene developed by the invention are bulk chemical raw materials which are low in price and easy to obtain, classical chemical reactions are adopted in sy
