Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a periclase-spinel raw material for enhancing kiln coating hanging performance and a preparation method thereof. The periclase-fused magnesia-alumina spinel brick is mainly composed of 76-89 wt% of periclase powder, 6-23 wt% of fused magnesia-alumina spinel and 1-5 wt% of raw alumina powder, and a binding agent accounting for 2-3% of the total weight of the three raw materials is added. The preparation method comprises the following steps: premixing periclase powder and raw alumina powder to obtain premixed powder; the electric smelting magnesium aluminate spinel particles are intensively mixed, then a binding agent is added for mixing, then the premixed powder is added for continuous stirring and coating, and coated particles are obtained; and sequentially drying, calcining and cooling the coated granules to obtain the periclase-spinel raw material.
