The problems of insufficient water stability, easy water loss and cracking, application scene limitation and the like exist in shield muck resource utilization. The material comprises shield muck, a gelling component, an alkali-activated component, an early-strength component and a water-retention healing component, and can be used as a vertical barrier material, a bottom liner material, a top covering material, a road roadbed material, a foundation reinforcement material, a backfill material, a soil body improvement material and the like of a polluted site.
