According to the environment-friendly heavy lanthanum flint optical glass, the internal transmittance in the visible light range is high enough, the internal transmittance is larger than or equal to 99.6% when the wavelength is 700 nm, and the internal transmittance is larger than or equal to 60% when the wavelength is 400 nm.
