Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a biochemical treatment method of high-salinity wastewater. The biochemical treatment method comprises the following steps: (S1) carrying out advanced oxidation treatment on the high-salinity wastewater; (S2) adding a composite halophilic bacteria agent, a suspended biological rope, a slow-release filler and a protective agent into the effluent subjected to the advanced oxidation treatment, and carrying out anaerobic biochemical treatment in an anaerobic tank; the composite halophilic bacteria agent comprises lactobacillus, lactic acid bacteria, hydrolytic acidification bacteria, methanogens, saccharomycetes, bacillus aceticus and anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria; the composite halophilic bacteria agent is subjected to activating treatment and ultraviolet irradiation treatment; and (S3) after detecting that the biodegradability of the anaerobic biochemical treatment effluent reaches the standard, carrying out aerobic biochemical treatment in an aerobic tank.
