The invention discloses a robot assembling system for a bookmark production line and a using method of the robot assembling system. The robot assembling system comprises an SCARA robot, a feeding assembly, a discharging table, a box inserting table and a box inserting assembling assembly. The feeding assembly comprises a grabbing mechanism and a suction mechanism, and one end of the suction mechanism is connected with one end of the grabbing mechanism. The inserting box assembling assembly comprises a bottom plate, a placing plate, an inserting box guiding mechanism and an inserting box mechanism. Bottom boxes and shells with bookmarks can be carried to the containing plate from the discharging table through the grabbing mechanism and the suction mechanism, the bottom boxes with the bookmarks are guided through the box insertion guiding mechanism, the bottom boxes with the bookmarks are inserted into the shells, the size matching requirements of the bottom boxes with the bookmarks and the shells are reduced,
