Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of Raman spectroscopy, and discloses a micro-filling rotating arm for automatic preparation of an SERS (Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering) substrate, which comprises a rotating arm base, a rotating arm cylinder, a hose limiting bracket, a hose limiting structure and a rotating supporting arm, and is used for fixing a micro-filling needle head and a hose and conveniently connected with an automatic preparation instrument of the SERS substrate. The trace filling needle head can be always kept above the reaction kettle in the rotating process of the rotating arm, the trace filling hose can be reasonably fixed and limited without knotting or blocking, and enough rigidity is provided to prevent the rotating arm from shaking in the rotating process. The stability of trace reagent filling in the self-assembly method preparation of the SERS substrate can be improved, so that the uniformity and repetition of the SERS substrate are improved.
